MTV made a few show announcements this week:
"Catfish, based on the eponymous documentary, follows couples who have fallen in love online but have never met in person." Ummm anyone who has seen this movie knows it's about a LOT more than that. It isn't just True Life: We Met Online.Snooki & JWoww will follows the two friends living in Jersey City. Debuts on Thursday, June 21 at 10/9c. "The new show will document their now toned-down lives. Each is involved in a serious relationships, and Snooki is also pregnant." Wondering how this works in with the new season of Jersey Shore? I thought that was filming during Snooki's third trimester.
Awkward is back on Thursday, June 28 at 10:30/9:30c!
New show, "Inbetweeners is based on the U.K. series which show follows the life of suburban teenager Will and three of his friends."Yes! I watched this series online and it is hilarious! I had heard it was in development for ABC maybe... but I'm glad it is going on cable.
"Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous is a single camera, 12-episode, series starring Bo Burnham as a kid fresh out of high school who hires a camera crew to film him in hopes of becoming a celebrity." LOVE Bo Burnham.
