That is all I have to say to Shaquille O'Neal right now. He has given me an absolutely delightful way to spend by Tuesday evening the last couple of weeks. Not to mention, introducing me to the cutie pie that is Oscar de la Hoya.
So far, Shaq is fighting a losing battle- getting his butt kicked by Roethlisberger, Pujols, and last night, de la Hoya. And next week, he takes on Michael Phelps!

A more competitive athlete like Jordan or Tiger would have only taken on opponents and situations where they would have come out on top. They hate to lose to anyone, and that clearly isnt as important to Shaq.
I don't think Shaq particularly likes losing... he trains hard and claims that he thinks he is going to win. But these days, Shaq is more than an athlete- he is a personality. Win or lose, he gets the publicity. And the paycheck.
